Responsible for planning, developing, maintaining, upgrading, and integrating control, electrical, and automation systems across continuous and discrete industrial production facilities.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, develop, maintain, and improve control, electrical, and automation systems
- Program and maintain Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC controllers
- Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA systems
- Work with PI, DataLink, AF, Vision, OPC, and historian systems
- Troubleshoot complex control, electrical, and industrial communication faults
- Lead and support control and electrical projects and system upgrades
- Integrate PLC, SCADA, PI, and OPC systems
- Work with continuous-process and chemical production facilities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, external engineers, maintenance, and production teams
- Prepare technical documentation, logic specifications, cause-and-effect documents, and I/O lists
- Work with Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, and other industrial communication networks
Requisitos
- Electrical, electronics, control, or mechatronics engineer or practical engineer qualification
- At least 3 years of industrial control systems experience
- Experience programming PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley or Siemens
- Experience with SCADA and HMI systems
- Technical English reading and writing skills
- Ability to read electrical and control drawings
- Understanding of industrial processes
- Experience with low-voltage electrical and control systems
