Coordinate the integration and execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, communications, and other building systems on construction projects.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate all project systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire detection and suppression, and communications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project managers.
- Review plans, identify clashes, and support design and execution solutions.
- Track system installation progress against plans and schedules.
- Work with project managers, site managers, and technical teams.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track tasks through completion.
- Work with execution drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Address site issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders or interfaces in parallel.
- Ability to read technical plans and understand engineering information.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and task management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-interface project environment.
Se valora
- Electrical engineering or technician qualification.
- Industrial engineering and management qualification, particularly with project experience.
- Previous experience in construction, building systems, or project environments.
- AutoCAD familiarity.
- Revit or BIM familiarity.
