Own end-to-end supplier relationships and procurement strategy, ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance across ramp-ups and new product introductions.
Responsabilidades
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and escalations
- Lead sourcing strategies and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
- Align procurement with forecast, ramp-ups, and lifecycle phases
- Evaluate supplier capacity and readiness for production ramp-ups
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Own RFQ/RPC processes and validate cost breakdowns
- Monitor supplier KPIs and conduct performance reviews
- Manage commercial agreements and optimize contract terms
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing
- Experience working with European suppliers
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing environments
- High proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
