Full-time, on-site role in Rosh HaAyin, Israel, planning production activities and coordinating schedules, materials, and capacity to support on-time delivery of electronic systems and components.
Responsabilidades
- Create and maintain project and production schedules; track progress against milestones.
- Monitor material availability and align production capacity with demand.
- Coordinate planning with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Update planning tools and ERP data; help prioritize work orders and resolve supply or scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare status reports and support forecasting, resource allocation, and planning-process improvement.
Requisitos
- Ability to plan and optimize production and project schedules, workload, capacity, and timelines.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems, work orders, inventory monitoring, procurement, or logistics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting technical and operational data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Se valora
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, defense, or high-tech engineering projects.
- A relevant academic degree in industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
