Lead daily operations for ink and printhead manufacturing lines at an industrial production site in Kiryat Gat, Israel. Manage teams, capacity, schedules, training, and continuous improvement to meet quality, volume, and delivery targets.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee daily production activities for ink and printhead manufacturing departments
- Create and execute weekly work plans aligned with production schedules and capacity
- Manage production capacity, timelines, delivery schedules, and operational targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and production employees
- Manage onboarding, skills-matrix development, and employee qualification processes
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse, planning, quality assurance, site management, and engineering teams
- Resolve operational blockers and support business continuity
Requisitos
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Supervisor in industrial manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related operational field
- Proven experience managing team leaders or direct-line managers
- Experience with capacity planning, shop-floor scheduling, shift management, and production KPI tracking
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
