Responsabilidades
- Own item records, bills of materials, work orders, and purchase requisitions in the ERP system.
- Build and operate MRP processes that translate production plans into purchasing requirements.
- Monitor supplier material availability, identify shortages early, and escalate risks proactively.
- Manage inventory levels, safety stock, ABC/XYZ classifications, excess stock prevention, shortages, and cycle-count support.
- Produce reports on delivery performance, material availability, shortages, work orders, purchase orders, and excess or obsolete stock.
- Develop planning KPIs, including schedule adherence, material availability, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate engineering changes and assess their impact on planning and inventory.
- Support S&OP, medium-term production planning, and capacity-planning scenarios for the production ramp-up.
- Improve planning data integrity and establish structured planning procedures for a scaling manufacturing operation.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP.
- Professional experience with MRP, purchase requisitions, inventory management, and material availability planning in manufacturing.
- Strong Excel skills for analysis.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or assembly, ideally in printing-related production.
- Good English for written communication, reading, supplier coordination, and international collaboration.
- Accurate, organized, methodical, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and ownership of issue resolution.
