Join a global fashion retailer’s Purchasing team in Israel. Manage purchase orders, production progress, supplier priorities, operational reporting, and issue resolution while coordinating with international teams.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and track purchase orders from placement through production and delivery.
- Monitor production progress, deadlines, and product launch dates.
- Analyze operational data to identify delays, risks, and process issues.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for business decisions.
- Escalate potential problems early and follow issues through resolution.
- Coordinate daily activities with teams in China and Los Angeles.
- Prioritize supplier orders according to business needs and production timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth, on-time execution.
- Improve operational processes and develop more efficient ways of working.
- Resolve operational challenges independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, logistics, or fashion is required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and reports.
- High-level written and spoken English for daily communication with international teams.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and ownership.
- Experience coordinating remote teams is expected.
