Lead the cluster’s integrated business planning process across channels and brands. Own bottom-up demand planning, forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, customer service, and regional planning teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the cluster integrated business planning process and senior leadership reviews
- Drive bottom-up planning aligned with demand, supply, financial, and market plans
- Provide demand trends, qualitative analysis, and management reports for business decisions
- Represent demand planning in local buy plan reviews
- Identify planning opportunities and risks and facilitate gap-closing actions
- Coordinate monthly plan submissions and regional planning deadlines
- Provide omni-channel and cluster insights to regional demand planning teams
- Build cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, customer service, finance, purchasing, and planning
Requisitos
- University degree in business administration, finance, or controlling
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or supply chain management
- Strong analytical, numerical, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven experience with trend analysis and forecasting methodologies
- Commercial and business acumen
- Experience with IBP, SAP, Power BI, M-3, and master data systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken English
