Temporary maternity-leave cover role supporting supply chain forecasting, product availability, service levels, and business planning in a hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning forecasting process
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Lead demand review meetings and participate in capacity planning and product development coordination
  • Track forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory targets, and other operational KPIs
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and operational metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives supporting production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
  • 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, service-oriented, and self-motivated approach

Se valora

  • SAP experience
  • Experience with advanced information systems
