Manage demand forecasting and planning activities for professional and imported goods in Israel, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Customer Management, and regional supply chain teams.
Responsabilidades
- Co-lead Sales and Operations Planning demand reviews
- Maintain 18-month rolling volume forecasts for professional and imported goods
- Provide volume forecasts for quarterly financial planning in partnership with Finance
- Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and bias KPIs
- Support new product introductions with aligned forecasts for Supply Chain and Planning
- Manage forecast location splits and product rollovers in planning systems
- Optimize use of the demand planning system
- Continuously improve forecasting processes
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain forecasting and planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to influence decisions across functions and with senior management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems
- English language proficiency
