Lead end-to-end operations and operational transformation for a regulated financial services organization, overseeing securities operations, treasury, risk, controls, and technology-enabled improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Lead trading, clearing, custody, securities operations, treasury, OTC operations, and coordination with financial institutions and market infrastructure providers.
- Drive operational transformation, digitization, and technology-enabled automation initiatives.
- Develop scalable operational infrastructure to support business growth and increased client activity.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Oversee operational risk management, internal controls, and business continuity.
- Define operational KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance, and lead continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior management on growth initiatives, new products, and strategic projects.
- Lead, develop, and mentor operational leadership teams.
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of senior operations management experience in capital markets, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Significant experience in a stock exchange member organization or in trading, clearing, custody, and securities operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale operational and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing managers and large operational teams in complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of operational risk management, governance, and controls in regulated environments.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence executive management and board-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
