A leading electrical products company is hiring a Service Center Operations Coordinator to manage repair workflows and service-center administration from intake through customer delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Receive products and open service requests.
- Manage each repair from intake through shipment to the customer.
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor completion.
- Update repair statuses in the service system.
- Record spare parts used during repairs.
- Monitor turnaround times and advance delayed tasks.
- Process customer billing and collections.
- Coordinate daily with the warehouse, technicians, and logistics teams.
Requisitos
- Experience coordinating operational workflows is advantageous.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work with technicians, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Comfort working with service and billing systems.
