- Improve and optimize organizational processes
- Work with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
- Define requirements for information systems and support development and implementation processes
- Analyze data and build decision-support models
- Promote a culture of operational excellence across the organization
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 7 years of project management experience in operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or methods and processes within a large organization
- Experience leading complex organizational change processes
