Own the operational lifecycle from employer onboarding through successful payroll and payment reconciliation for multiple accounts. Improve recurring processes, resolve payment issues, and help shape operational tools for a growing fintech platform.
Responsabilidades
- Set up new employer accounts and coordinate with the regulated payments partner before the first payment.
- Convert employer payroll files into verified worker lists and configure workers in the KYC system.
- Track onboarding progress and respond to bank questions promptly.
- Run payroll activities including payment testing, payroll-file validation, funding confirmation, batch payouts, and next-day reconciliation.
- Monitor employers through their first three payrolls and bring data-backed issues to monthly process reviews.
- Standardize onboarding and operational processes across current and future markets.
- Investigate payment and workflow failures, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrence.
- Provide operational input to Product and Engineering for internal tools.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in technical operations, payments, payroll, logistics, implementation, or platform operations.
- Experience owning recurring, deadline-driven processes across multiple accounts.
- Advanced Excel skills, including file cleaning, list matching, and identifying duplicates and gaps.
- Daily experience using AI tools, with sound judgment about sensitive data that must remain within company systems.
- Ability to work under regulated-partner requirements and learn applicable rules quickly.
- Clear written and spoken Hebrew and English for daily work.
- Calm, precise decision-making under payroll deadlines, with the ability to support readiness decisions with facts.

- Experience with Israeli payroll for foreign workers, including 106 forms and work permits.
- Knowledge of remittance corridors or cross-border payments.
- Experience with a KYC platform or partner-bank relationship.
