A growing urban energy-storage company is hiring an Operations Manager to coordinate business, legal, and regulatory processes and support projects from development through construction and commercial operation.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate cross-functional processes and track goals, milestones, and timelines
- Support projects from business development through construction and commercial operation
- Support the legal and commercial aspects of agreements with landowners, partners, suppliers, and service providers
- Coordinate with business partners and track shared commitments
- Advance regulatory matters, monitor regulatory changes, and assess their impact
- Work with regulators, authorities, consultants, and relevant professionals
- Monitor agreements, commitments, milestones, and commercial terms
- Identify project blockers and coordinate their resolution
- Develop and implement work processes, control tools, and management routines
- Prepare analyses and reports for management and support strategic initiatives
Requisitos
- Qualified lawyer
- Strong commercial and business orientation, including the ability to work with contracts and business models
- Ability to manage and drive complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a broad, systems-level perspective
- Organization, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
Se valora
- Experience as a lawyer or in a business operations role
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate
- Familiarity with complex regulatory environments
