Lead operational readiness and day-to-day execution for a digital health and wellness platform preparing for market launch. Partner closely with the CEO to establish scalable operating foundations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead operational readiness toward launch and beyond
- Coordinate work with product, development, and external technology partners
- Build and implement company-wide operational processes
- Own cross-functional projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, customer service, and external partners
- Design and implement operational journeys for therapists and patients
- Identify operational gaps, solve problems, and drive execution
- Build the operational foundations needed to support post-launch growth
- Work with the CEO on company priorities, planning, and execution
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, business operations, project or program management, or a similar role
- Experience in a technology company, startup, or digital business
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong execution, organization, independence, and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English
