Lead operational maturity across global procurement and corporate travel. Own process strategy, systems, governance, continuous improvement, AI adoption, and service delivery while managing team leads and complex cross-functional programs.
Responsabilidades
- Design, implement, and optimize global procurement and corporate travel processes
- Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for operational and traveler-experience outcomes
- Standardize global operating procedures and methodologies
- Use AI and analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and recommend improvements
- Own procurement and travel technology roadmaps as product owner
- Define system requirements and lead enhancement cycles with IT, travel-management companies, and vendors
- Evaluate and deploy AI, automation, intake, contract intelligence, spend-classification, and predictive-analytics capabilities
- Train teams on new systems and digital tools
- Ensure data integrity, automation, and integration across procurement, travel, and finance systems
- Maintain procurement and travel policies, guidelines, internal controls, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with legal, audit, duty-of-care, privacy, and responsible-AI requirements
- Lead procurement and travel system rollouts, AI deployments, and process-improvement programs
- Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder dependencies
- Manage operational escalations, intake, prioritization, service levels, and traveler experience
- Promote efficiency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and/or corporate travel operations
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience, including direct management of team leads or managers
- Strong knowledge of procurement operations, source-to-pay workflows, supplier management, and corporate travel operations
- Experience with procurement, travel, and expense platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, SAP Concur, Egencia, Navan, or Amex GBT
- Expertise in process design, workflow automation, process documentation, and RPA
- Familiarity with AI and generative AI applications in procurement and travel, including contract intelligence, spend analytics, conversational tools, and predictive insights
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-visualization capabilities
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs and manage competing priorities
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and service orientation
