Lead day-to-day operations for a two-story Jerusalem office serving approximately 200 employees. Manage the operations team, outsourced service providers, building systems, vendors, budgets, events, safety, and workplace improvements.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the in-house operations team, outsourced staff, and service vendors
  • Set priorities and service standards, assign work, review execution, and resolve escalations
  • Keep the Jerusalem office clean, safe, functional, and presentable
  • Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, and other office systems
  • Coordinate with building management and drive open maintenance issues to resolution
  • Lead small office improvements and capital upgrades from planning through execution
  • Manage procurement of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment within budget
  • Tender, negotiate, and oversee utilities, cleaning, catering, repairs, and other supplier contracts
  • Plan and manage the operations budget, approve and track expenses, and report variances
  • Oversee logistics for office events, meetings, and external visits
  • Maintain office safety and security systems and support required inspections
  • Improve service quality, reduce failures, and lower operating costs
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Employee Experience, and other departments on workplace needs

Requisitos

  • Native-level written and spoken English and Hebrew
  • At least 5 years of experience in office operations, facilities, or workplace management, including management of a small team
  • Hands-on ability to resolve facility issues and work directly with on-site vendors
  • Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other office building systems
  • Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders and negotiations
  • Experience owning and managing a departmental budget, vendor contracts, invoices, expenses, forecasts, and variance reporting
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to learn SaaS and online operational tools quickly
  • Availability for regular out-of-hours responses to events, urgent issues, and operational escalations
  • Strong organization, communication, service orientation, and operational judgment
