Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities for public transport infrastructure, including work plans, contractors, field inspections, and public inquiries.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring work meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Track annual maintenance work plans and raise professional or budget deviations.
- Coordinate maintenance and development activities with internal teams, municipalities, infrastructure owners, public transport operators, police, and community relations teams.
- Track and close findings from safety reports, inspections, and site visits; document progress and follow up on corrective work.
- Monitor outsourced service providers, check performance against service and contract requirements, and verify invoices against completed work.
- Review and coordinate responses to public inquiries about maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections, document issues, and prepare reports with recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Help develop maintenance procedures, work instructions, and control processes; prepare meeting summaries and track decisions and actions.
Requisitos
- At least two years of experience monitoring and controlling work for a traffic authority or local authority.
- Valid category 02 driver’s license.
- Experience reading traffic plans and assessing their fit with field conditions.
- Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
Se valora
- Experience in public-sector organizations or infrastructure companies.
- Experience managing contractors in the field, monitoring budgets and work plans, or supervising public infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with the Dekel price list and bills of quantities for infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to read traffic plans and assess their fit with field conditions are required.
