Responsabilidades
- Monitor and control the cellular network in real time
- Identify and diagnose network incidents
- Provide initial remote response to faults
- Operate incident processes and escalate issues to relevant technical teams until resolution
Requisitos
- Relevant CCNA, CCNP, cybersecurity, or information security training is required
- Willingness to work full-time rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
