Responsabilidades
- Monitor and operate 24/7 enterprise computer systems
- Monitor control systems and identify incidents
- Assess the nature and impact of technical faults
- Troubleshoot issues or coordinate the appropriate support teams
- Report incidents to the system manager and technical support team
Requisitos
- Good English proficiency
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Availability for three to five weekly shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours when needed
- High motivation and self-discipline
