Responsabilidades
- Develop and own organic strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO.
- Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical site health, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Improve visibility in AI answer engines through citation-worthy content, structured data, and entity presence.
- Partner with product, content, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices and improve site architecture.
- Analyze competitors and monitor search algorithm changes, market trends, and emerging search behavior.
- Track and report rankings, organic traffic, AI citation share, and pipeline impact.
- Use SEO tools and data to audit sites, prepare content briefs, refine schema, and conduct technical crawls.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of SEO experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company, with demonstrable organic growth results.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including schema markup, site architecture, crawl budgets, rendering, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of GEO and AEO, including how content can earn AI citations and how those approaches differ from traditional search.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve campaigns and analysis.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to make and explain data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to align with product, content, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for SEO implementation and troubleshooting.
