Own the definition and development of automated logistics products, partnering with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to turn business needs into product capabilities.
Responsabilidades
- Manage product definition and development with a system-level perspective.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Write detailed MRDs and PRDs covering operational flows, system behavior, integrations, UI/UX, exception handling, and acceptance criteria.
- Align with software, control, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams on requirements and development challenges.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products.
- Support presales and business development with solution definition, demonstrations, and product-fit assessments.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong system-level engineering understanding and a background in automation, control, or industrial systems.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
