Own the product direction for a data platform, translating business and analytical needs into reliable data products, reporting, and dashboards. This is a full-time, office-based role in Tel Aviv, reporting to the VP of Technology.
Responsabilidades
- Gather stakeholder requirements and write product requirement documents for dashboards, reports, and data products.
- Design and document data models and ERDs for the data warehouse.
- Manage and prioritize the data backlog, balancing business needs, data sources, dashboard requests, and technical debt.
- Partner with data engineers on data models, warehouse architecture, and data processes.
- Own reporting and dashboard requirements from defining the business question through delivery in Power BI or similar tools.
- Review and validate data products for accuracy and business relevance.
- Maintain data documentation, including business definitions, source mapping, and a shared data glossary.
Requisitos
- Around four years of experience in data product, BI product, analytics product, or a similar product-and-data role.
- Experience writing product requirements and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and normalization; ability to design or review ERDs.
- Experience working with data engineers on data models, warehouses, or data products.
- Practical SQL skills and ability to explore data and validate results independently.
- Experience defining and reviewing reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize work with stakeholders.
Se valora
- Hands-on experience as a software developer, data engineer, or data analyst.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering and management, or a related field.
- Experience in a financial or fast-growing environment.
