Lead the technology strategy and execution of a multidisciplinary team developing high-power, high-frequency transistor devices, from prototypes through industrialized products.
Responsabilidades
- Lead device product engineering and multidisciplinary team execution
- Define device product process flows and fab qualification procedures
- Develop strategic product applications with executive leadership
- Prioritize deliverables, allocate resources, and manage execution risks
- Coordinate tasks across technology disciplines
- Review and approve device fabrication process flows
- Supervise device performance characterization
- Manage technology equipment, systems, and infrastructure
Requisitos
- Deep experience in microfabrication devices, transistor design, modeling, and packaging
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong project management skills and a record of delivering under tight schedules
- Experience leading engineers and researchers
- At least 4 years of device design and fabrication experience in clean rooms
- Transistor design experience with FET, TFT, or CMOS technologies
- Strong knowledge of device physics, design, fabrication, and characterization
- Experience with GaN, silicon, metal oxides, or other wide-bandgap semiconductor materials
- MSc to PhD in physics, electrical engineering, materials engineering, or a related discipline
Se valora
- High-power or RF FET experience
- Silicon-on-insulator experience
- Analog or digital circuit design experience
- Experience leading novel technology projects with direct customer involvement
- Simulation software experience with ANSYS, TCAD, COMSOL, or similar
- Control systems background
