Lead a development group of approximately 12 developers, including three technical leads or team leaders. Own end-to-end product delivery and define the technical architecture for a complex, distributed core system and enterprise applications. Hybrid work in Jerusalem.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a development group of approximately 12 people, including three team or technical leads.
- Own product goals and end-to-end delivery.
- Define the technical architecture of a complex, distributed microservices system and enterprise applications.
- Lead client-side architecture strategy for Angular-based applications.
Requisitos
- At least 3–5 years of experience managing development teams, including matrix management or management of team leads and technical leads.
- Experience planning, developing, and managing complex distributed systems built on microservices and APIs, with strong knowledge of scalability and service synchronization.
- Strong understanding of client-side SPA architecture and practical experience or systems-level knowledge of Angular and TypeScript; strong React or Vue experience may partially substitute.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum processes in medium-to-large teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, Docker/Kubernetes environments, and modern development methodologies.
- Proven .NET backend experience and experience with complex SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Practical familiarity with AWS, including EKS/Kubernetes, S3 and CloudFront, Aurora/RDS, and Redis.
Se valora
- Experience with GitOps and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ArgoCD.
- Experience leading migrations from on-premises or Microsoft systems to the cloud.
- Experience with high-sensitivity systems subject to demanding security, availability, or regulatory requirements.
