Lead a cross-functional full-stack Scrum team developing and operating cloud-based enterprise applications. Own delivery, quality, technical execution, and team development while partnering with product and platform stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers.
- Own the team’s functional areas, delivery quality, and direct management and development of QA engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications.
- Partner with product managers, the Platform team, and other stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote software development and Agile best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to service incidents.
- Improve alerting and automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Act as a first responder for shared infrastructure issues and escalate when necessary.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience as an R&D team leader or in a similar leadership role.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on backend development with a statically typed, compiled language such as C#, Java, Go, or C++.
- Extensive experience leading Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and test automation tools.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
