A company in Haifa is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to manage a medium-sized development team responsible for a new image-processing product.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a software development team responsible for developing a new image-processing product.
- Provide effective technical solutions for project needs.
- Define, plan, and implement software design and architecture for complex systems.
- Allocate tasks effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Manage the project work plan.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of proven experience managing a medium-sized software development team of 3–5 developers.
- Experience developing in C++ on Linux using ARM architecture.
- Experience defining, planning, and implementing software architecture for complex distributed and multidisciplinary systems.
- Ability to analyze requirements, present design and architecture deliverables, and participate in technical reviews.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with DevOps tools.
