Lead a small team of software and QA engineers developing autonomous counter-drone solutions. Coordinate Scrum delivery, guide feature development from design through field testing, and contribute hands-on code when needed.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead feature development from design through field testing
  • Facilitate Scrum collaboration for a team of 5–7 software and QA engineers
  • Contribute hands-on code when required
  • Work with a microservices ecosystem
  • Collaborate independently and within a dynamic engineering team

Requisitos

  • At least 5 years of software development experience
  • Experience facilitating Scrum development
  • Professional experience with C++ and Python
  • Experience with object-oriented design
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving, profiling, teamwork, and communication skills
