Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
- Provide technical leadership from concept through delivery
- Own services end to end, including design, development, deployment, measurement, and maintenance
- Build and evolve real-time systems and shared framework code
- Improve observability, monitoring, and logging to identify and resolve performance issues
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate development across the engineering organization
- Collaborate with software engineering teams across the organization
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing software development teams
- At least 5 years of programming experience in Java or an equivalent object-oriented language
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems and understanding production infrastructure
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and concurrent or multithreaded programming
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies
- High proficiency in Linux environments
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
