Lead an enterprise ServiceNow platform and its administration, development, and analysis teams. Own governance, roadmap planning, delivery, and continuous improvement across IT and business functions.
Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform roadmap and align capabilities with business priorities.
- Lead direct and indirect teams of administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set team goals, track performance, and mentor team members.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Drive platform adoption, scalability, and operational excellence across departments.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including multiple modules and AI tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in management or team leadership.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with platform governance and roadmap planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
