Lead development and validation teams responsible for a high-performance AI processor simulation framework supporting neural networks, large language models, and generative AI workloads.
Responsabilidades
- Lead two engineering teams covering development and validation
- Own the simulation lifecycle from architecture and development through validation and release
- Direct development of advanced simulation models for AI processors
- Manage delivery of complex, multi-release roadmaps
- Align hardware design, compiler behavior, and simulation models
- Drive system-level correctness and performance accuracy
- Support system bring-up, debugging, and customer-facing activities when required
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of C++ software development experience, preferably in embedded or system-level environments
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Experience managing multiple teams or group-level responsibilities
- Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction and system architecture
- Track record of delivering complex software systems
Se valora
- Experience with simulators, compilers, processors, or AI accelerators
- Background in validation, automation, and regression systems
- Familiarity with AI, neural networks, or generative AI workloads
- Experience collaborating with silicon or VLSI teams
- Master’s degree or higher
