Lead and grow an engineering group, set technical direction, guide architecture and delivery, and develop engineering leaders and teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor Team Leads and engineering managers.
- Define technical vision and influence architectural decisions.
- Own delivery, quality, execution, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Drive engineering processes and operational excellence.
- Develop employees and support their professional growth.
- Serve as the highest technical escalation point within the engineering group.
- Work with executive leadership and report to the CEO.
Requisitos
- 7+ years of engineering management experience.
- 3+ years managing Team Leads or Group Leads.
- Experience delivering complex software products from concept through production.
- 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with Node.js and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and system design.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
