Responsabilidades
- Manage and lead technological operations and engineering projects
- Plan and execute technology, intelligence, and field-requirement models and integrations
- Operate and implement complex technological systems, including field activities
- Coordinate matrixed tasks, provide leadership, and support teamwork
Requisitos
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering qualification, preferably with an RF or communications specialization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
- Willingness to work intensively, including non-standard hours and under pressure
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Broad perspective, accountability, curiosity, creative thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness
Se valora
- RF, antenna, communications, or cellular experience
- Command experience and field-unit service in the IDF
- Experience managing fast time-to-market projects
