Lead the teams responsible for foundational infrastructure supporting global cybersecurity services. Own the resilience and performance of high-scale production environments while advancing internal developer tooling, proactive operations, and self-healing infrastructure.
Responsabilidades
- Lead cloud platform and SRE teams supporting global cybersecurity services.
- Own the resilience, performance, and operational reliability of high-scale production environments.
- Drive development of internal developer tools and infrastructure automation.
- Advance proactive, AI-driven operations and self-healing infrastructure.
- Replace manual operational work with code and automated recovery capabilities.
- Develop technical leaders and grow engineering talent.
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical leaders or senior engineering teams.
- Experience managing large-scale, distributed production environments.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, including EKS or GKE, Terraform, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell for advanced automation.
- Strong knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana and experience applying AI to monitoring.
- Ability to lead through influence, communicate effectively, and mentor technical talent.
