Lead a team delivering advanced HVAC systems for cleanrooms and manufacturing facilities serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and microelectronics projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design, execution, supervision, commissioning, and validation of advanced HVAC systems.
- Manage, mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to HVAC engineers and designers.
- Oversee HVAC design, installation, construction, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 14644, FDA, EMA, ASHRAE, and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with process, automation, cleanroom, utilities, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor project budgets and schedules.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design and project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 14644, and other international quality and regulatory standards.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC commissioning and validation.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and thermal load calculation tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including professional presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and complex global environment.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance skills.
