An electronics manufacturer is seeking a technically capable, hands-on Engineering Operations & NPI Manager to support the VP Engineering and drive effective execution across engineering activities.
Responsabilidades
- Translate engineering priorities and project requirements into structured work plans, schedules, milestones, and individual assignments.
- Coordinate engineering projects, resources, tasks, and execution with the VP Engineering.
- Work with manufacturing on new product introduction activities.
- Transfer NPI product data clearly from engineering to manufacturing.
- Provide hands-on technical support to engineering teams.
- Help ensure engineering plans are executed on schedule.
Requisitos
- Electrical Engineer or Practical Electrical Engineer qualification.
- Strong technical understanding of hardware, FPGA, systems, and laboratory equipment.
- Proven experience in technical project management.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary R&D environment involving hardware, software, and/or FPGA development.
- Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
