Lead and develop a software verification team responsible for validating complex hardware-software systems and improving product quality, performance, and stability.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software verification engineers
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on mentorship
- Design and implement verification plans and Python-based automated environments
- Lead feature validation from architectural review through system integration
- Validate hardware-software interoperability
- Conduct code reviews and define engineering procedures
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects
- Improve the performance, quality, and stability of software acceleration solutions
- Coordinate integration and verification with hardware, firmware, software architecture, and product teams
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead engineering role
- At least 8 years of software development or verification experience
- Advanced Python expertise for testing embedded systems, system-level software, or firmware-integrated environments
- Experience developing software testing and QA automation frameworks
- Knowledge of networking and compute infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and TCP/UDP
- Strong Linux knowledge, including CentOS/Red Hat and Ubuntu
- Experience debugging software and tuning environments for performance
- Ability to deploy infrastructure using advanced technologies and high-end hardware
Se valora
- Experience with PyTest or comparable Python testing tools
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Grafana
- Hands-on Linux virtualization using QEMU or KVM
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and the Linux C/C++ toolchain
