Lead developers, QA professionals, and external vendors while overseeing full-stack web development, Moodle systems, technology projects, deployment processes, code quality, and cloud security.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and provide professional guidance to developers, QA staff, and external vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade Moodle and related technological systems.
- Lead technology projects from client needs definition through production deployment.
- Collaborate with researchers, internal teams, clients, and organizational stakeholders.
- Manage development, testing, and production environments and oversee rollouts.
- Set and implement code quality standards, code reviews, and team workflows.
- Implement and monitor information security controls in development processes and AWS infrastructure.
- Resolve complex technical issues and manage data interfaces and system integrations.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience developing web systems.
- Experience leading a development team and providing technical leadership.
- Strong full-stack development skills with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and CSS.
- Experience developing REST APIs and system-to-system interfaces.
- Experience with Git and familiarity with GitHub.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Native-level Hebrew and good technical English.
- Strong responsibility, initiative, organization, precision, service orientation, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong self-learning skills.
