Lead a globally distributed software engineering team at a fully remote cybersecurity company building open-source solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Report to the Director of Engineering and align practices across engineering management
  • Partner with Engineering Managers to support the global software engineering team
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Engineers on planning and delivery pace
  • Mentor team members and support their career development

Requisitos

  • At least 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong software engineering background
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous-first environment
  • Willingness to adopt AI tools in daily work
  • Autonomy, ownership, and collaborative team spirit
