Lead an engineering and technology team responsible for optimizing printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), box-build assembly, manufacturing processes, and configuration management.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the engineering team.
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain configuration management systems for product changes, versions, and document control.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot PCBA and final assembly processes.
- Manage engineering documentation, including work instructions, bills of materials, and change-control records.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Knowledge of PCBA and final assembly processes, including SMT, wave soldering, reflow profiles, AOI, and X-ray inspection.
- Strong understanding of configuration management, including ECO processes and PLM systems.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and process validation techniques.
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
