Lead the engineering function and project engineering teams across the full lifecycle of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects. Own engineering standards, technical optimization, risk management, team development, and technical decision-making.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering for solar, wind, and BESS projects from development and design through procurement, construction, handover, and operational support
- Define engineering policies, standards, methodologies, work plans, objectives, and KPIs
- Manage and develop project engineering teams across countries and projects
- Lead technical due diligence, engineering risk assessments, project acquisitions, and technical evaluations
- Approve engineering concepts, system architectures, design freezes, technical solutions, and supplier selections
- Drive value engineering and optimization initiatives to reduce CAPEX and improve project yield
- Support RFPs, technical evaluations, supplier selection, and technical-commercial negotiations
- Maintain technology roadmaps, lessons-learned processes, and global engineering best practices
- Manage external engineering, grid, environmental, and technical consultants
- Recommend go/no-go decisions based on engineering assessments
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Significant experience with utility-scale solar projects
- Mandatory experience with BESS projects
- Experience with EPC, OEM, and project finance processes
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
