Lead a department of approximately 40 employees, including project managers, developers, systems analysts, and administrators. Own end-to-end delivery, production operations, technology strategy, and continuous improvement for CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a CRM delivery department of approximately 40 employees
- Own planning, execution, delivery targets, and quality control
- Ensure reliable, highly available CRM production systems, including incident monitoring and release management
- Improve workflows, application lifecycle management, and coordination between development and operations
- Translate requirements from marketing, customer service, underwriting, distribution, and other business functions into technology solutions
- Prioritize team workloads in line with business strategy and the organizational roadmap
- Build and execute the annual work plan
- Lead innovation and evaluate new platform capabilities and upgrades
- Manage CRM vendors, budgets, and procurement
- Develop managers and employees and support talent retention
Requisitos
- At least 3 years managing a department with multiple teams, or at least 5 years as a senior team leader with proven direct people-management experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing development, implementation, and production operations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture in complex ecosystems
- Experience managing a project portfolio, including prioritization, risk management, and cross-team dependencies
- Experience working with business units and senior leadership
- Experience managing budgets and external vendors
- Proven ability to build and manage teams, develop managers and employees, motivate staff, and retain talent

- Experience in insurance or financial services
- Experience with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
- Experience developing complex integrations with core systems
- Experience using relevant AI tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD and application lifecycle management tools
- Experience with CRM analytics tools
- Knowledge of regulatory and information-security requirements for financial organizations in Israel
