A consulting firm is seeking a senior leader to establish and grow its Databricks practice. The role combines practice leadership, enterprise solution architecture, client engagement, business development, and team development.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and expand the Databricks practice, including strategy, capability development, team growth, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Design and oversee enterprise-scale data and AI solutions, including Lakehouse architectures, data modernization programs, and AI-driven platforms.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead business development activities.
- Drive complex technology engagements and oversee delivery of large-scale data and AI projects.
- Mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of experience in data, analytics, cloud, or enterprise technology.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Databricks experience.
- Strong expertise in Databricks, Spark, SQL, Lakehouse architectures, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology capabilities with business value and growth opportunities.
