A global financial company is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist for a temporary, on-site position in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to organizational employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
- Support Windows environments.
- Manage users and permissions in Active Directory.
- Provide telephone and face-to-face assistance to users.
Requisitos
- At least six months of experience providing telephone-based user support; relevant military experience may be accepted.
- Experience supporting Windows environments and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
