Provide technical and business support to users of an advanced financial system, working with business customers and large organizations. The role is based in Petah Tikva, with hours of 08:00–17:00 and possible hybrid work after training.
Responsabilidades
- Support users of the Meteor system and provide technical and business assistance
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues
- Work with product, development, and service teams
Requisitos
- Meaningful prior experience in technical or application support for customers
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues independently
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with information systems
- Good English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
