Provide internal Tier 1–3 technical support for users at a leading organization in Beit Shemesh. The role covers hardware, software, endpoint equipment, and core IT infrastructure.
Responsabilidades
- Provide internal technical support and troubleshoot user issues
- Handle hardware and software faults
- Disassemble and assemble computers and printers
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
- Work with storage and backup systems, including Veeam
- Monitor IT systems and communications equipment
Requisitos
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support roles
- Experience administering and maintaining Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience installing software and operating systems, especially Windows
- Ability to provide efficient and high-quality support to internal users
- Experience handling printers and endpoint equipment
