A large international logistics company is seeking a part-time student IT Support Specialist to assist employees with help desk issues and requests, provide onsite computing support, monitor core systems, and perform basic server and workstation tasks.
Responsabilidades
- Handle employee incidents and requests through a ticketing system, including critical overnight issues
- Provide onsite physical IT support
- Perform tasks and projects as needed
- Monitor core systems using a dedicated monitoring platform
- Troubleshoot and maintain servers and workstations as required
- Learn information systems technologies as part of the role
Requisitos
- Technical understanding
- Experience in office work
- Availability for two evening shifts per week from Sunday to Thursday, 17:00–22:00
- Availability for a Friday shift from 08:00–12:00
- Ability to reach the employer’s site at Ben Gurion Airport is mandatory
