A global organization is seeking a Senior Tier 3 IT Support Specialist to manage Microsoft environments, enterprise collaboration tools, access controls, and complex technical issues.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and operate the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment
- Administer enterprise collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Provide ongoing service and technical support to system administrators and endpoint support teams
- Resolve complex technical incidents
- Manage user and system permissions
Requisitos
- At least three years of Tier 2/3 support experience in Microsoft-based organizations
- Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Experience with Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, user and device management, app registration, and SSO
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
- Experience with Intune
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and videoconferencing equipment
- Good English for communication in a global environment
