An external recruiter is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for a complex, multi-site organization in the automotive sector. The role owns enterprise infrastructure, identity services, networking, security, backup, and hybrid cloud operations.
Responsabilidades
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Administer identity services, permissions, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Authenticator.
- Manage Terminal Services and RDS environments, application publishing, and connections through Microsoft Broker.
- Operate backup, replication, and disaster recovery environments, including Veeam and recovery procedures.
- Operate and harden network and security components, particularly Check Point and Cisco Meraki.
- Resolve complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, improve system stability, and close information security gaps.
- Coordinate with vendors, integrators, and internal teams while maintaining documentation, procedures, and work plans.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of experience as a senior systems administrator in a complex or multi-site organization.
- Deep hands-on experience with Check Point, including firewalls, VPN, ClusterXL, and Geo Cluster.
- Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, replication, FSMO, and Windows Server upgrades.
- Practical experience with Cisco Meraki switching, routing, LAN/WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN.
- Broad expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Experience with AWS and hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, restore testing, and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, independent working, ownership, and professional documentation skills.
